IFRS is very close to FRS. So you can use international verison study text and still able to do F7 SGP variant. E.g. IAS 1 - IAS 41 = FRS 1 - FRS 41; IFRS 1 - IFRS14 = FRS 101 - FRS 114.

Need some reference for more reading up. For tax, anyone know where I can read up stuff on Branch, rep office, etc, regarding the tax implication?

Is there also like different tax implication if is service company?
