You need to understand that ACCA is not a degree but a professional qualification. ACCA themselves do not conduct classes for their papers but they leave to it private institutions to provide tuition services for their papers. As for recognition, it is up to the prospective company's HR to do the filtering. Some may prefer ACCA grads while some might prefer US/UK grads like you have mentioned.

oic cos like a bit wasted if do acca then go interview find out not selected cos another candidate chosen cos he study in UK Aussie US uni. thats why i ask you.

Joanna is quite good too. She took me for F6 but im currently taking P6 under tommy now. Tommy do provide some extra quiz for you to do.. So i think that is the plus point for him. Not too sure if he does that for F6 tho. Both are able to explain concepts easily for you to understand

I believe ACCA will be still valuable but not as ISCA. As ISCA is trying to gain recognition with ICAEW. If it is able to achieve that it will surpass all other CPA/ACCA. However, currently SQP has not meet ICAEW Standard. And CA destination are considered higher level. For your information, in UK and Australia, Big 4 and mid tier firm encourage employees to pursue CA instead. To in line with international standard, Singapore gov is trying to do same thing. Therefore, SQP standard will always hard to obtain for CA level.
