If you work in city, go home a bit late is not a bad thing, because you don't have to beat the rush hour crowd.

Looks like you are on your way to... the top!

No one to teach? I think that will be quite jialat for me... technical article are quite a difficult read.. can't imagine the need to decipher accounting standards...

will it be very difficult for someone to study this course if they only have a diploma in a non business related field?

Can anyone recommend me a lecturer from SAA for F4 and F5?

F4: Ho Meng Hee and Tan Peng Kwee

F5: James Kwan and Chow Kim Tai

I took Ben Lee's F2 class and I love his style of teaching (basically use alot of layman terms to explain, and he do alot of questions and gives alot of examples, which is what I like (I prefer doing questions than just listening and listening).

Hoping to find another lecturer similar to Ben Lee.

Thanks

Need some advice.

I passed my CBE for F2, but I did badly (57% only). Frankly speaking, I didnt study and never even revise before, even on the actual day itself. I thought I will flunk, decided to take the exam since I paid for it, and was prepared to book another CBE exam date and to really study this time.

But then I passed (probably thru luck), and got a lousy result. Just wondering if I retake the exam and scored a better mark, will they take the higher score into account?

And what if suay suay I got an even lower mark, will the original mark be taken into account?

Thanks.

Don't waste money to retake your exam when u have passed. I don't think you can retake also.

Anyway, word of comfort. If you intend to take Oxford Brookes Deg, your F1to F3 scores are not counted towards the degree.

But word of caution to you, if you continue not to study, you will really find a hard time passing the rest of the papers. Especially F4 onwards...

Either you decide to go for Assignment based Deg e.g RMIT in a/g which could help you and get a degree faster or else you be stuck with ACCA trying to pass exams and give up eventually. Ending up wasting your time and effort..

Or you decide to seriously put in effort to do some study.

Hi all, i plan to take P2 and F6 for the coming December. Does anyone have an idea when Kaplan publishes its textbooks? Is it okay to use an older textbook (June 2010 texts) for P2 and F6?

F6 I don't think its advisable, Budget 2010 is going to come in place for Dec2010 exam.

P2 I am not so sure.
