I intend to take F4,F6,P1 and P2 on Jan intake.
So may i know how's the combination? is it hard since i take 4 papers in one sem.

before you ask the difficulty, check if the exam dates clashes.

If I rem correctly, F4 and F6 papers are locally set, need to practice more to pass. Markers are local as well. F4 questions are somehow similar so if you practice your pass year papers sure can pass. F6 need to understand the tax concept and practice.

F8 is always a killer if you have no idea what an audit is.
For those who want to be an auditor next time in big 4, you need to take P7.

clockclock: i cant comment on other lecturer, but i would say i always enjoy going to kweh lesson.

another thing is, can anyone tell me about whether any of F4-F9 papers will clash with the P papers, as well, i am pretty stucked to my next semester programme. i am doing F1-4 now, and i am concerned that the neat 4 subjects is F5,6,7,9. wonder if that will schrew up the schedule, as i do not wish to take F8 next semester since that nicholas woo is teahing and i truly hate his style(and on top of that, the 18C room temperature he set). hopefully they going to change lecturer...

hey guy! its so ineteresting when i previously post this comment. immediately after i post, a fellow forumer, asked me a question, VIA PM! his question is regarding nicholas teaching standard, and how i feel regarding that! anyone feels anything fishy?! anyway, i gave some very vague comments, he keep sking, so i reply, "its not very good idea to decid on a lecturer just based on 3rd party comments", which i guess, its fair, because whether or not i hate nicholas teaching style will entirely be based on my preference....

anyway, stunning, today lecture, Nicholas brought this up. he say something like "do you guy know aout an online forum call HWZ" "some students say s/he hate me" (apparently he didnt read thhe word "STYLE"). anyway, good to know that our lecturer is trying to improve his teaching by reading comments from students comments on a public messge board....

if u are enrolling, they will provide you with textbook exam kit and notes. so dont bother buying. unless of course you wanna read up b4 that, but f1-3 is rather simple so yeah.

course notes complete text and exam kit.. the pocket notes are given only for the revision courses. cheers

Next term i choose F8 in Kaplan. Can you advise me which lecturer should i choose to study? Nichlas or Helena?

I'm a foreign student so i cannot change to SAA to take this paper.

what position have you got?
my friend took F4 and F6 for next dec ACCA exam.
If you took CF, you will get exemption for F9.
