I took Ms. Lee Yuet Lai (SAA) for F6. She is good.

2014 sitting Andy Kaplan, study notes only.

2013 july sitting, P2 LSBF Sami, lecture notes, study manual, revision kit, revision cards, will email electronic notes.

It includes 2 lecture notes, study manual, revision manual, revision notes and answers, and revision cards.

For tax I recommend the guy tutor from Kaplan. He previously from IRAS.

Well, it depends. I still passed even though I didn't pay for star tutors. If you are aiming to be a prize winner, that's another matter.
