Dear all, just wondering what is the acceptable temp for CPU to operate at? Given our warm local weather, in at non A/C room.
Cause i'm planning to O/C but my front fans are quite obstructed. (Deepcool Earlkase RGB.) Of course i can just open up my front but with 2 very young kids at home, makes it not the best option for me.

Thanks in advance!

Depends on your CPU...

Idle should be <40 and load <80

As long as it's not hot enough to trigger thermal throttling, it's acceptable bah

None aircon even with stock cooler i would say....

45degC to 85degC.

If normal AIO...

38degC to 85degC

If custom water cooling

34degC to 85degC

Personally 85degC is something i would accept and i would overclock any cpu to be at that temperature range if my cpu can handle the freq and voltage, be it on any cooling solution.

For me i gotten rid of fan noise when at night with air con on. My custom water cooling rig i managed to set anything below 28degC for cpu, my pump will not move, my fan spin at 500rpms only.
