Access - how do i load data from table onto forms

hey guys. i created a few simple databases to track a few things like employees, door access cards and equipment listing on MS Access. since i dont want other users to meddle with the db, i intend to create a form to either fill up or edit things. how do i make the form load data from table onto the form upon launch?

Not sure which version of office you're using. But this gives a hint: Set the default form that appears when you open a database or Web application - Access

thanks for the link. seems like i still got a few things to do before i can really see if loading of data from database works. still quite bare at the moment
