I port-forwarded my NAS, a DNS-323 so that I could access it on my mobile (On STM - Singtel mobile).

I used to be able to access but lately, I am no longer able to get pass the login screen. After entering the credentials, it loops and brings me back to the login screen. This only happens to STM.

I've tested the following:
On S4 and Note 2, STM - Fail
S4 Hotspot on laptop, STM - Fail
Ipad 2, M1 - Success
Note 3, Starhub - Success
Ipad mini, STM - fail

My conclusion is the issue with STM.

Can anyone who access your NAS over the internet and is on STM confirm this please?

Not sure about accessing NAS but I have encountered few site on Singtel Data hotspot having this login loop issue. Simple DirectAdmin admin page login just loops back.

Thanks. I guess they must have changed something. I tried STM in office, home and Jurong East all failed. Hopefully this is temporary.

How about access it via secure HTTP at port 443 ?

Do you mean checking the HTTPS box in the administration UI? I tried that but could only get to the login screen. After my credentials, I got a SSL Cert missing (or similar) error when I access via internet. It's fine via lan.

Thanks for the replies. I appreciate it. :)
