Accommodation in Patong

Planning to go Phuket in mid-Oct. Not yet decided the place to stay cos there are so many hotels, resorts to choose. Want to find out from any traveller that have been stayed in b4 and has recommendation so can make my decision easier.

Will be staying in Patong cos there is where the wide activities are.
1) budget. My budget is not more than $50 per night.
2) Location. Near jungceylon mall yet not near to the bustling nightlife so stay away from noise disturbance.
3) Parking. Considering car rental so free parking is a must.
4) Accommodation & service. What is the most and least you like in your stay.

Name the place u stayed and how is the weather condition in mid-Oct? Rain a lot? Your recommendation is really useful in making my decision easier. Thanks

50 per nite per room or 50 per nite per pax?

Huge diff.

1 gets only 2 to 3 stars.
The other min 4 stars and prob with 5.

And with or wo bf?

50 per nite, single person per room. Preferably 3 stars, if higher stars accommodation is available then y not. Done some research, that price can get 3 stars stay but will prefer the place that will meet my points as mentioned below.

stayed at hotels near junceylon mall, walkable within 3 min ...
the hotel rates is march is abt 40sgd per nite for two with breakfast
when went there in jul, their rates were like 30+ sgd per nite for two with bf

is better to stay near malls, at least got food to buy.
also have supermarket there lol.
cab is not as ez to grab as in bangkok ...
Price if of coz is expensive.... read online pple were quoted 8 to 16sgd for a 10 to 15min cab ride lol ...

have seen deevana patong hotel @ 78sgd per nite with breakfsat for two lol
the hotel is good location ... 3min walk to patong beach, 10min walk to junycelon mall ...

even 4stars primara boutique hotel, just inside junceylon mall, is abt 58sgd per nite for two ... the hotel is just next to millimenium hotel @ 130sgd per nite for two

Still can remember the hotel name? I am looking at accommodation near junceylon mall. The price rate is within my budget and was the stay good? Was it noisy at nite? Dun want to disturb my sleep so can enjoy the next day activities.

many hotels around that area r that pricing
just like beside baanzan market, have few hotels.
such as
crib , sira grande, hemingway silk, mirage, expat
if u want really beside junceylon mall, can try tiger hotel.
quite worth, their pricing was 30+sgd per nite
have bath tub for superior, deluxe is jacuzzi ...

when booking, rmb to check how far is the shopping mall from ur hotel ...

so have decided not to stay there
else when want go walk walk, muz walk super far ...

20 mins walk is long and tired especially with the exhausted legs spending in the activities during the day. Thanks for the info, will check out the hotel names you mentioned. Is considering Hemingways Silk hotel before but hesitate after reading the poor reviews.

Find out the charges for taxi and tuk tuk are very expensive. Consider renting car but not worth it cos not spending every day there driving. Is advisable to book tour package at the hotel or elsewhere is offering cheaper rate? Tour package include transport transfer to and fro hotel so not wise to rent a car and not to drive at all. Got other alternative such as reliable local offering transport just for driving to the places we want at cheaper rate than taxi?

lol yup haha ... would encounter one blackout like some tat mentioned that
that area, many 3 stars hotel, more or less the same ba ...
just choose the best out of them, then should be ok ...

i booked my online lol
checked trip advisor, then managed to book land tour , 6 hrs 1400b ...
bring you big buddha, temple, cape , beaches ...

then also have land transport from the agency, 700b.
they used a 10seater van to picked 3 of us lol ...
book at hotel is expensive.if book at airport ,the transport to hotel is 800b

most of the time would nuan at hotel room lol.
or go big c, or walk to beaches lol ...
coz stay near junceylon mall
hence is either walk supermarket or go beaches
you can also book tour that bring u go island hopping ...
