Few things to check -
1. When is your trip?
2. Would you consider flying into Haneda?
3. Per night $100, you'll probably be staying at a semi-casual room or look at hotels around Ikebukuro or Ueno or Asakusa. Unless you wish to consider business hotel chains like Super or Dormy Inn and others.
4. Depends on where you'll be staying, TDR could be very near or far - took me less than 20 min to reach Maihama station when I stayed at Tokyo Station Hotel.
5. Your likes?

Haneda was the better smaller airport but more exp then flights landing at Narita. Haneda being slightly nearer via express train but narita is only 30mins travel time via train also. Another plus point is haneda being the closest to Disneyland. I schedule it on my departure date, I go haneda and check-in all my luggages and off we go Disneyland (shuttle bus) from noon to 7pm (last bus) cos our flight is at 11pm+. Still have little time to eat and shop at the airport.

Haneda is the biggest airport in Japan, followed by Narita. At 1,522ha, it is about 50% bigger than Narita at 1,090ha.

it takes about 1hr to get from Narita airport to Tokyo station via Narita Express; or abt 45min to Ueno using Keisei Skyliner.
Haneda is much nearer and takes only 15min from Haneda to Shinagawa

actually I got no preference which airport to land ... sourcing for the cheapest ticket to toyko..

Just free and easy to toyko.. cause I don't like to be tie with tours..
no specific place to go except Disney which my wife want to go ... the rest is sourcing and walk around..

Try to highlight your answers in bold or color. It helps us to see better. :)

Do you mean you've not booked your tickets? Haneda is only 30 minutes away from the city. Narita is at least 1hr away.
As for hotels under $100 within Marunouchi area is impossible. That's a prime area aka CBD and close to Ginza.

Try Ryumeikan. Sometimes u can get cheap price on their website. Used to stay there couple of times in the past. One traffic crossing from Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit. Could reach Tokyo Station by walking within 2 mins or so.

Tokyo Station to Maihama Station (The Disney Stop) is super close (13km). 16 mins by train.

For Landing Haneda is the best. Super close from Tokyo Station (17km, less than 30 mins by train). Does not take much money by train unlike Narita which is not actually in Tokyo.
