Accomodation for Osaka/Tokyo

Any 1 here have budget accommodation for Osaka/tokyo.I have only tried Airbnb so far, would be there for 5night from 4Feb to 9 Feb from 9 feb to 17 Feb would be in Tokyo.

- Decent place
- Wifi
- possible nearer to Osaka/Umeda station
- looking around $60/Night
