Accounting Uni Grad Pathways

Hi guys,


I would like to get some advices on what are some of the common career path routes that Singapore University Accountancy graduates would embark on upon their graduation?

Understand that one of the most common path would be to work in big 4 for about 3-4 years before moving to MNCs. Are there any other suggestions that you have which you recommend?

It really depends on what you want, your background and luck.. I know of accounting graduates ending up in all sort of jobs... rather than thinking about potential pathways, some important questions to ask yourself first might be: what are your strengths, your preferences, your contacts (some jobs really need contact), your perceived value to the company and so on....
