I got a UOB PRVI miles card 2 years back because I was told it offers a decent rewards programme. I am completely new into this sort of programme and even until now, I'm not 100% sure on how it actually works. Through these years, I have accumulated a chunk of UNI$ that has never been used nor converted to miles. A chunk of it is expiring soon and I am thinking of doing something about it. Trying to find out what do you guys do with your miles? As far as I know, there are 2 alternatives I can do with it.
1. Exchange them for miles but with the Covid situation, I'm not sure what I can do with those miles sitting there when we may not be allowed to fly.
2. Waive off bills or purchases. I'm pretty interested in this but are these waivers worthy in comparison to miles conversion?
Trying to stretch my rewards here and hopefully, I get some context from like-minded guys. The above is not exhaustive and would love to hear how you guys spend your UNI$, thanks in advance!
