Monthly payment fully pay via cpf. Interest by hdb + cpf will get u negative sales.
Negative sales = All sales proceed go to cpf, $0 cash.

Do I lose ? No !
I stay current hdb for "free" for many years (Only pay hdb interest)
Next bto "free" again, fully paid lump sum cpf.

At 43, no hdb loan. Stress-free. Next time sell at million dollar.
Half go cpf, half cash. Buy another hdb "free" again.
