ace 2 internal storage full

my ace 2 1.1GB of internal storage is nearly full. when i select all internal files in window explorer, it is 500 MB but the disk description read 0GB of 1.1GB free. there is a 600MB of pictures and videos under the phone storage display / internal storage. but i have all my pictures and videos in external SD card storage.

what is the problem here, how do i free that 600MB space ?

i would prefer not to reset it. not familiar with it. reset it, all settings gone, very troublesome.

if u got patience, go read up on forums that teaches you how to increase memory on ace 2.

I did one set for my customer upgraded / increased his phone memory from 4.0GB to 16.0GB

*one thing is you cannot remove your SD card when the phone is powered on...
