I think you can consider the Extended Battery case: Leather Case for Acer Aspire one SSD version (Linux) (Extended Battery) - Book Type (Black) -

http://www.pdair.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=10900000_11000318_11000319&products_id=11710

I believe both Linux and the HDD version are of the same dimension except the Extended battery version case should fit the 6-Cell battery..

Hmm.. the PDAir asing looks nice. If I cant find better ones, I may get one.

Others to consider:

If you guys can wait, they may come out with one soon (they have the Asus EEE PC casing already). I have a few handphone leather casing by them and the quality is top notch (Direct import from France). And their service is also very good:

http://www.noreve.com/langue/en.html

or

http://www.vajacases.com/home/home_en.html

(these are insanely expensive, but very good quality from Argentina; however, they are pretty slow on coming out with casings unless the gadgets are extremely popular; like iphone, nokia N95 etc. They were my first choice but they didnt have the casings i needed... so I went to Noreve). They do have some universal casings for UMPC with different sizes though

Regards

PDair came out with this:

http://www.pdair.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=10900000_11000318_11000462&products_id=11598

but it seems not suitable for 6cell battery...

Hi ,

This is wat i posted earlier :

Zeroshock III Black (10.6~11.1" Wide)

Took the measurement of my 6 cell AAO, and this most prolly will fit in comfortably. Cheaper than the leather stuff in the sites listed above too. SLS should be selling for around $40, cheaper if you can get from online shops.

Yours is the SSD version? No HD then how you boot it up???
Anyway, there is a lot of media out there, it just what you think suits you best. Some like thumbdrives, some like microSD, others like another portable HDD, your choice..... :)
