Acer Aspire V3-571G mobo problems

So i can't turn it on. Tried discharging all power, putting back in the battery and power plug, still no. Anyone knows how to solve it? If by any chance, the mobo is dead, anyone knows where i could have it repaired? My warranty finished 3 months ago :(

Tried plugging in without the battery? Can it power up? If no, two possible reasons, the power circuit or the power adapter. Bring to PC Dreams for a check? Lots of shops in SLS that repair laptops for decent prices.
