Acer laptop won't start

My acer laptop (probably more than 3 years old) won't start. Is it probably not worth it to send for repair?

If I decide to give up, where can I go to retrieve my hard disk?

do u have a pc? if have maybe find some spare sata cable to copy out the content.

Buy a HDD enclosure like this, remove drive from laptop and connect to another PC via USB to retrieve data.

If you wish to dump the laptop away, do pass it to me.
