yup, there was nvidia tax in the past

now with g-sync certified freesync displays, its a much better situation for VRR users

however, 4K is excessive at 27 inch plus windows DPI scaling is not very good

i'm also gonna lose access to 100+ FPS in games

have to wait for 3080Ti

on-site warranty was activated and the monitor was repaired (panel replaced off-site).
