guys, need some help on some clarification.

been reading up on this palit gtx 970 jetstream and their weird output.

Planning to go SLS to buy Displayport to Mini Displayport for new monitor.

i just need this cable to make my monitor fully functional with gsync right? anything i need to take note or cable that i need to buy aside from the mention above?

A display port cable is included. Just use that. Don't need display port to miniD

The thing with palit gtx970is that the output only have mini displayport..the monitor only come with standard displayport

you have to ask the expert here. i not too sure too

his gpu only got mini display port, HDMI and vga port nia. cannot use the display port cable that come with the monitor

Yes, you need a mini DP to DP. This is the reason why I avoid Palit.

You can buy from Curve Cables. If you order today, should be able to receive it by tomorrow.
Bought my mini DP to DP from SLS and got lots of problems with screen flickering every few minutes. Bought at Curve Cables and those are definitely high quality cables in comparison.

walao...really fated cant enjoy gysnc...now it detected..but just see background...no mouse no browser or anything...defective? urghh

apple store have?? i searched challenger..but all just dp to vga/hdmi

really frustrated...first come the monitor with serious BLB issues...one very apparent red dead pixel near the center..

then found out my fcking palit gtx 970 have fcking crazy output that requires mini displayport..

then spend time go sls to buy the cable...came back..put it up..and its defective.

any bros here have extra that are 100000% proven usable mini displayport to displayport? and able to meet near central?

Mine is a DP --> DP setup I believe.

try plug in n out the cable on your graphic card, after detected reboot pc see if working

u mean while power is on? worried later my gpu is the one spoil leh..can meh?

it detected...but then mouse cursor gone..just see window..cant press anything...any idea?

yes when power is on, thats how it detected my displayport cable when I first plug in with no signal
