Action button feature disappear

I had set my action button to PAYLAH before updating to IOS 18.1 on 16 pro max, my PAYLAH feature disappeared after that.
Could anyone here please help me how could I set it back on my action button, not sure is it my shortcut issue which I deleted it accidentally. How could I set a shortcut for PAYLAH on action button? Thanks and greatly appreciated.

settings > action button > scroll to shortcuts > select shortcut > select the option "open app" > scroll and find dbs paylah > done.
