dont recommend the cheap china ones. They use cheap sensor and upscale it. The 4k looks like ****.
Those that have electronic image stabilization only look good under strong sunlight. In normal indoor lighting the stabilization is a blurry mess.

The first gen xiaomi has a really good sony sensor and is below 100. Do you need an action camera? The xiaomi note 5 phone has a 10h battery life, f1.9 lens, dual pixel autofocus and have better electronic stabilization than any action camera.
