Actually why WP only given 30s?

because effectively if each opp party has 30s 5 of them will have 2.5min

That's y pap has 2.5 min.

Thou i believe a fairer approach will be to give double the time opp have while pap will still have the same time. Enough for each to have a say and pap to counter since all opp have similar topics.

Each person is representing a party right? So this is not like a 5 vs 1 talk?
So each party rep should have same talk time?

But only pap are given the longer time to speak, whereas the rest of the party speak unitl 30s, they would interrupt or stop them

That host also never cut pap one..always stop opposition.

this debate is televised on mediacorp. Of course gib PAP the upper hand.

Story always goes something like the weaker party has to overcome all odds to emerge triumph. This is just one of the countless obstacles opposition has to overcome.
