ADATA SX8200 PRO

Hi, may i check with those using Adata SX8200 PRO NVme, are u all able to see the model, serial and firmware version with ADATA toolbox software? Mine shows nothing on it whereby my other non adata hdd/SSD are showing the info. I'm on Windows 10.

Yep. Not showing anything like yours. Using the 2tb model.
