Adding a SSd to desktop.

Hi any pro out here can teach me? I am intending to get a ssd for my desktop on this black friday. how can i transfer my os and all programs to ssd any back up software out there? any good youtube video to intro for installing onto the desktop, back up and change to ssd boot up all these. thx all for reading :)

You can use Acronis True Image or Norton Ghost to clone over.
