Adding extra grounding cable to computer

I suddenly has an idea of adding extra grounding wire from my casing to the metal frame of my computer desk which has metal legs.
This extra grounding should help in preventing electrostatic current and white noise cause by components/dirty electricity/electric field.
It's a success for me and maybe i will upload photo of it. I also provide links on sale of grounding cable and an example of grounding computer
for your pleasure. Kindly share your opinions.

Update: Improved grounding with one grounding cable at top side panel and one at bottom side panel straight down
to the desk's metal leg hold by a metal clamp. The ground to the wall socket of computers are not remove. And the faster route to earth is having ground cable straight to the ground with the help of earth gravity pull. Any up slope of the ground cable will cause high resistance grounding and active grounding box can correct it. The purpose of this grounding is to remove high amount of electric static charges cause mainly by environment's electric field as shown below. I actually able to measure at about 800 v/m of electric field. Opinions ?

Update: Improved my external grounding to for my playstation computer. Used specially made 14AWG multi strand grounding cable and bigger cable lugs. One end is bolted to the top/bottom of the side panel and the other end
clamp to the bottom of the desk metal frame by a metal clamp touching the floor. For a start visual/audio
are more gently than the improvement. To my knowledge, peoples who exposed to fierce visual/audio can easily
get angry, mad, or eve resort to violence.
