Hey guys, was wondering if anyone has done a revision before? I followed up with doctors after my cut last year and i am looking to get a revision as the doctor botched the procedure a little and said they needed a skin graft if I want to revise. I was wondering if anyone had a revision done in a private setting and where do you recommend?

hey bro! wanted to check with you, how long after the surgery did it take for your ring to fall off? How was your recovery like after the ring falls off, was there any wounds? After how long were you able to walk normally and resume exercise/sexual activities? Would appreciate your reply bro, thanks a lot

Ring only came off partially which caused a lot of pain one day. So immediately walked in to have it removed. Walking is no issue from day one. After removal got wound and black scab around the cut line.
Starting having sex around 6 weeks time

Thanks for the reply bro! wow! that’s actually quite a fast recovery you had sex 6 weeks in. Was there itch when you still had the ring on? How long did it take for the ring to come off partially though and would appreciate if you could explain what u mean by this cause it’s scaring me on how pain it would be! i’m currently on my day 7 post op! feeling itch and pain, not really able to walk normally cause it causes some pain, sleeping has been extremely hard for me as well. I did frenulectomy removal as well so i guess one more extra pain Was the wound messy or just small dried wounds and how long did it take to recover? Thanks for your reply buddy (u have been my only source of help or gauge)

Shang Ring Method

Hi All,

Am going to share with you the traditional method of Circumcision known as Shang Ring. I have phimosis issue (tight foreskin) thus decided to go for it. I will share with you the clinic I went to via link at the end of the page. Since many has talked about Laser and Stitches method in this forum I decided to share with you all my experience.

Before Op
2days before shave of your pubies hair, I know its pubic.... apply some moisturiser as it will be prickly. Any brand will do for the next 2 nights.

I took a bath before the op and wore my square brief but I brought along my boxers I got a size bigger so please standby 2-3 if you want. (Lazarda has good promo and delivers to your place so pls buy early.) Please wear loose t-shirt and short pants, slip-on shoes preferably.


During Op
The doctor will talk to you briefly on what you signing up for and some of the info you need to know takes about 5-10mins.
He will ask you over to the next room to apply the numbing cream around your foreskin area. I had a big problem bcos of my phimosis it was painful but Dr was really patient and asked me to tahan no choice. He will also take the circumference of your dicky.
Wait outside for about 30 minutes for the cream to take effect you won't have much feeling and warm feeling.
You enter the op room and he brings the ring along with inserts the inner ring and then the outer ring, a little discomfort hereafter which your foreskin will be cut it takes about 5-10mins for the whole procedure. cleaning up and your pants on. Dr is nice to let you walk around. You may pee with blood it is very normal. Medication will be given and the cost is all stated on the website. Go home feeling happy.
MC is 7 days you can check with Dr if you need longer.

What happens?
When I was home, I limp a little as the numbing cream wears out. I managed to bathe and it was a little sensitive for me. You finally see your lollipop. The Shang Ring will be with you for about 7-14 days. I had many night erections and it was super annoying but I don't feel much of a pain peeing after my second day. I suggest you get sarong it is comfier really. Please walk as little as possible and be the king of the house. I started cooking and etc on my 5-6 days.

I requested to take the Shang Ring out on my 9th day. Now waiting for the dead skin to drop off which would talk about 7-10 days. You can walk normally. Dr recommends to keep the ring on for 14 days as it is easier to remove I had immersed pain when I removed on the 9th day but I survived it. I am still waiting for my recovery as it is my 10th day today. I will need to go back for 3rd review in 3mths (Part of the whole package).

Vaseline Healing Gel (1)
Sarong to wear
Tissue paper to keep dry
Cotton Butt to apply (1) and also clean the hard to reach areas.

I’m struggling with recovery that’s why i decided to reply to your post ) Did you have to use gauze and bandage during your recovery? Did you soak your wound into salt water?
