Hi Experts,

this morning i on my pc and the first thing after it reach desktop show a Blue Screen Windows 10 stoperror website and QR code to scan. With restart after it check finish 100%. Use the pc normally. Open 3 tabs on browser 1 of them is email. After about 10 mins on same tab. (I was on phone).

It freeze and auto shut off with repeated attempting to power up on cpu but fail to power up. Only option is to switch off the main plug.

My troubleshoot.
I unplug all cables at the back, wipe off dust and also use air blower to blow inside fans. Remove both RAM sticks, gently rub the gold part on RAM with eraser and then i reseat both RAM on different slots.

Plug in all cables and power on normally. However facing issues with keyboard or mouse not detected. So i have to power off and replug it a few times. Power on to test.

Finally now both mouse and keyboard detected.

Hopefully back to normal.

What could be wrong for the BSOD and freeze on browser with followed auto switch off and attempt to power on but fail?

In the past i encounter the same issue with old ram, reseated them and it work. With the new ram slotted recently. Today morning first BSOD issue. New ram was about a month old.

Will continue to monitor.

:(

The last time I had such an issue was due to a bloated capacitor on the mobo. Had to rma the motherboard.

Have a visual scan done and see if you can spot any bloated caps on the board.
