I was wondering what lens to get for my Sony A37
I would consider my self as a "noob" to photography since i just started using a SLT

As my budget is very constrained (max $900), i guess i don't have much choice since i see many expensive lenses

Anyway, I am looking for a AIO lens so i don't need to keep switching lenses
So far, i have narrowed down to these 2 sony lenses. I am not too sure what other aftermarket lens would be better. Both cost $899 direct from sony

1) Sony DT 16 - 105mm F3.5 - 5.6
2) Sony DT 18 - 250mm F3.5 - 6.3

Which would be better and why? Any suitable alternatives? And is there anywhere else where i can get them cheaper? Thanks a lot :)

Thanks for the reply

Ok, I'll consider between the 2 sony lens if i need more tele or wide-angle shots

Hmm, The Sigma lens looks good too, judging from amazon reviews and others...Know of anywhere reputable that allow testing of this lens? Thanks :)

16-105 should be better when it gives you wider angle...
if you want tele-lense, just grab a 70-300mm lens from forum.
