Advice for building a gaming rig?

I'm planning to build a new gaming rig by next month (Sept 2013).
Gaming requirements will be probably World of Warcraft, Dota 2, FFXIV: A realm reborn, Starcraft 2.

Preferably on ultra. Budget will be S$1k or less, of course better if i can save more.

Any recommendations?
