I am using i5-4690, my idle temperate is 46-50 degrees and it peaks at 74 degrees when i am playing battlefield 4, is this too high?

Also, my gpu gtx770 4gb peaks at 70 degrees while playing and 40 degrees for idle

Please advice, thanks.

Clean dust filter. Blow PC using compressed air/datavac eletric duster/ leaf blower(some say got static but quite a number of people used no problem). Do not wash. Its a stupid idea if anyone recommend.

i am in a similar situation for the cpu temp, idle is 50-55, load can go up to 70. will try clearing the dust.

would it be advisable to install fans to lower temps? what fan recommendations are there?
