Advice for desktop

Hi looking to build a desktop from scratch. Budget is 1k (don't need to include monitor), preferably with a SSD set up. Main purpose is to play some games.

Appreciate if you could also let me know where to buy and how much are the individual parts.

RAM: G.Skill 2400Mhz 8GB
GPU: Palit GTX1060 StormX 3GB GDDR5
SSD: Western Digital Blue 250GB M.2
Hard Disk: Toshiba 1TB 7200RPM
Casing & Power Supply Bundle: Tecware F3 & FSP Hexa+ 450W
OS: Windows 10

Looking at around 1k for the above. Can the above be improved for better value? Heard that there's coffee lake CPUs coming soon (although i dunno whether that will fall into my price range)

Just get this. Should be around 1k mark. If I'm not wrong, you got this list from Tradepac. If you know how to assemble and rma if you got lemon set then it's okay to get from Tradepac. Do your pricing research first. Make sure they don't overcharge you.
