Any suggestions on PC builds? Budget for Rig alone about 2-2.3k, not including OS. Do let me know if this either expectations or budget has to be adjusted =p

Processor I am leaning towards i9 9900K / i9 10900K instead of ryzen due to the clock speeds. (not sure to go for 9900K or 10900K)
I do not intend to overclock.
16gb ram 3200/3600mhz (is 3600 overkill)?

3tb SATA
Currently totally out of touch with GPU, so looking for some recommendations.
