Advice for Graphic card & RAM.

Hi, recently my ATI Radeon HD 5670 couldn't work, may I know another alternative gaming graphic card which is about the same pricing? (roughly $150 or lower).

Currently using Andyson 480W PSU and BIOSTAR A780LE Mainboard.

On top of that, mind recommending any 4GB RAM? was originally using Crucial DDR2 800MHZ 2GB, was thinking of upgrading it to 8GB.
