Advice for Mini PC

Hi there, i am looking to get a mini pc and hook up to my TV with soundbar. Planning to use it to web browsing, watch 4k or streaming like youtube. Not so much of gaming.

Maybe plans to get to get external blue ray disc reader to watch some of my old blue ray movies.

Any good recommendation? Budget maybe about $500.

for your usage scenarios, basic mini pc around $200+ good enough

check amazon or aliexpress, often good deals

search model name online for reviews, maybe can start with n150 cpu, relatively new, even though similar performance to n100 cpu, buying n150 models means u are getting newer stock

look at those from official stores, and with relatively high sales number, to be safe

amazon sg got the 12450h version even cheaper, but imo 1220p is lower tdp and better igp more suit for minipc

but be warn mini-pc wireless performance is mostly crap

just change antenna by buying external antenna with cable
if the wifi card is realtek or mediatek, buy Intel AX210 too
