actually i got my noctis 450 in singapore at funan.. i believe its cheaper than simlim pricing.. i found it on carousell.. maybe you can look for it too but i remember at that time when i buy i wanted the all black h440 but they say they dont have it yet.. you can chat them up in carousell maybe they bring it in already.

For H440, can call the shops in SLS to ask. You might be lucky to find 1 or 2 shops carrying the model. Never ever ship a casing to Singapore from US via forwarder. The shipping fee alone will kill you. If all else fails and you insist on a H440, go opposite the causeway and buy in Malaysia.

The Amazon parts I recommended all comes with free shipping to Singapore, directly.

And handling part will be a big question mark too....U dun wan to see ur casing dented here and there upon reaching Singapore....
