The gtx 460 is getting slightly old. You really don't want to change? 1.2k budget for a rig without a gpu is a lot.

Then thats too much already. Your usage dont need till $1200. And CM Advance iii dont have such model. Go for other brands and better quality.

Reuse your HDD and GPU

Asrock H81M DGS + G3220 ~ $140
Crucial 8gb 1600mhz ~ $89 (More reliable)
Reuse HDD
Crucial m500 240gb ~ SGD$169 (Amazon)
Reuse GPU
Seasonic G550 550w 80+ Gold Modular PSU ~ $125
Fractal Design Arc Midi ~ $129
Reuse DVD drive
Reuse OS

Total ~ $652. Buy at tradepac. DIY

Under powered rig. 180w cannot even sustain the gtx460 which has a 291w tdp on load.

Not unless ts do not wanna use a gpu.

ts's uses dont even require his gtx 460. moneyface's build is catering to his usage instead of his hardware requirement.

Thats why i say not unless TS wanna use the GPU for some light gaming.

Else no point using that and can go for lower wattage.

My build doesn't intend to fit in any discrete GPU, Intel HD Graphics will suffice anyway.

Drop the vengeance pro rams, get normal vengeance or value rams.

No hdd?

690 III is a bit too meshy, will attract a lot of dust. Can try arc midi r2.

If you are going for MAI 760, might as well top up a bit more to get r9 280x. The difference of price in dropping your rams can help in getting the r9 280x.

But, its his choice.. lol
