advice for rig

Hi guys, I'm here to ask for advice for a rig. my budget is 1.5-1.6k inclusive of monitor + OS. I dont need a ssd as i already have one bought from amz. I'm using this rig to play games such as dota2 and bf4. If it is possible, can i have both suggestions of the rig using either nvidia and amd gpus? i preferably will like a msi build!
