Advice for Taichung Itinerary

Hello, I'm planning to go to Zhongshe Flower Market and Gaomei Wetlands in July. First half of the day will probably be spent in the city. Planning to go to Zhongshe Flower Market via train.
Does anyone know how much it will be to take taxi from Zhongshe Flower Market to Gaomei Wetlands, and then from Gaomei Wetlands to Fengjia Night Market? Will there be a lot of taxis around these 2 places for me to take?
Or will it be cheaper and more convenient for me to book a taxi for half a day?

Taichung attractions are very far apart, eg. zhongshe Flower Market and Gaomei Wetlands. If you take taxi from place to places, might be more expensive and troublesome. You may as well book a taxi for the day for 3500ntd or any private driver.
