[Advice] Install new soundcard

Before Installing new pcie soundcard, need to uninstall realtek drivers and disable in bios?

Also, any good method to ground yourself to prevent esd as I got no wrist strap? Should I touch unpainted part of unplugged casing or, psu with cable still plugged to socket?

Just disable the software from window via device manager.

Just touch the metallic unpainted part of the casing.

Touching psu works fine.
