[Advice]: Is this Rig overkill for my listed needs?

Current pc is dying. Really slow. Am looking to build a new SFF pc. Preferably with an itx motherboard.

Uses:
-General surfing
-Occasional Adobe Photoshop work
-Viewing and Streaming HD content on HDTV
-General MS Office use

Would like to have the option of adding a video card to the rig in the future for gaming.

Here's what I've come up with:
Asrock H87E-ITX + Intel Core i5 4570
Crucial M500 240GB SSD for OS (Amazon)
WD Green 3TB HDD
Kingston 8GB PC3-1600 DDR3 x 2 (16GB)
FSP Aurum S GOLD 500W PSU
Jonsbo U3 Casing
Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit

Works out to approximately $1350. Trying to keep the cost down.

Is this rig an overkill for my needs?

Please share your thoughts and recommendations. Appreciate it.

If you take out photoshop the rig can go as low as $600

But since you say you will need photoshop needs then that is somewhere the price you will need to pay.

To lower down you might wanna go a one size bigger mobo.

tradepac is for people who are not easily swayed by their words de. Do not take their recommendation no matter what and just go for the parts you want. They will upsell you de. But their price are the lowest if you bargain. Pctheme service quite good though they are slightly more ex. Personally went to both stores before to recki. Oh btw heard from other bros never let tradepac build the com for you
