advice need to upgrade

Going to upgrade my motherboard, which is better? Asrock with G3258 or I3 4160 together with my old 260 graphic card or must die die go with I5?
Playing league of legends, far cry 3 & warcraft 3. Thank you!

If you are not picky with the good graphic, Pentium and i3 is good enough.

LOL and warcraft 3 is piece of cake to run. Far cry 3 is abit demanding if you are going for max setting. If not, Pentium and i3 is good enough.

Doesn't WoW can be quite CPU intensive needing for a Core i5? Core i5 is for long term investment. Meaning you don't need to change as far as it is still working since it is still fast enough for most games. Look at our Sandy Bridge Core i5, bought in 2011 and still fast enough for today's games.

Already bought Asrock B85 + I3 but cannot even boot up, Tested with different ram, monitor, with integrating graphic & even different power supply. Fan moving but no display. Any idea what is the problem? Any setting on the motherboard I need to take care of?

I don't think I dare to update the bios, why Need to update bios. It should at least bootup out from the box right?
