Advice Needed for a gaming rig

Hi guys, I am looking to build a mid-range rig to play FPS games like BF1.

Budget should not exceed $1300. All parts will be purchased at PC Themes since many bros here have recommended it.

Parts that I am reusing:
1) 1TB HDD
2) DVD writer
3) Mouse + Keyboard
4) 21 inch Monitor

Based on suggestion by some of the posts in other threads, I've narrowed down a few key parts.

Mobo + Cpu : MSI B150M Baazoka Plus with i5 6600@ $461
Graphics Card: Asus GTX 1060 Dual Editions@ $389
SSD: Zotac TLC 120GB@ $59
Ram: G.skill 2400mhz DDR4 4GB x2 @ $64
Microsoft Windows 8, 64bit @ $135
PSU: Seasonic S12ll non-modular 620W @ $99
Casing : ???? Any reccomendation ?

Are the parts listed above reasonable ? Am I missing out on any parts ?

can change your cpu to i5 6500 to reduce the cost.
gpu can consider zotac or palit to have better fan cooling, asus dual is like founder edition cooler. (unless u want to pack in abit tight case.
ram buy a single stick 8GB.
windows can buy from reddit if dun mind.
psu can consider SF ledex 550w sliver.
casing wise u want a small case or normal atx (mid tower kind?)
cheap case like Tecware F3? (can consider for it price )

- no need to buy windows cd save $135, just use pirated windows. anyway now windows 10 already why use windows 8 ?
- i buy asus 1060gtx 3gb dual edition from amazon for $322, think u can save $67
- casing u can consider coolermaster, corsair etc.

Is it possible to get the items first from lazada, before heading down to PC Themes to get the rest of the items, and ask them to fix up all for me ? Because I not really sure how to DIY the parts together.

I will be getting windows 10 from reddit as recommended !

You have to wait for the items from lazada to arrive before you can head to sim lim... Unless you're assembling it yourself.

That means after I received the parts from Lazada, I bring the parts to PC themes; get the rest of the items from them and pay them a small fee to fix everything together.
They wont have issue with it right ?

I have another question. Does the MSI B150M Baazoka Plus supports DDR3 ram ? Because I have 8gb of ddr3 ram from my previous computer and it will be good if I can reuse them to save on the cost. Does it makes sense to get a motherboard that supports ddr3 ram instead ?

sadly nope and i dun see they have a D3 for Bazooka Plus, but they have for their bazooka model. well would rather u sell of DDR3 to other people who are no intend to upgrade their whole pc anymore beside adding a few minor stuff to make it faster.

TBH i find that not worth it though to keep using DDR3, as you can reuse ddr4 from now here on for the next build in 5 years time instead of wait till next time buy another new set of system.

unless u are those upgrading this time and not going to upgrade but buying a whole new set of pc next time, den its still fine to get mobo with D3 support.

Please they aren't some builders you can stuff money of any amount you wish. Assembly is $30 IIRC.
