hi guys need advice on the rig that I will be getting this weekend.
I have come out with the following parts and would appreciate your comments on the compatibility or any changes that is worth it. Currently have a budget of arnd 1.5 to 1.6k
gigabyte h97m-d3h +i5 4460 =415 (I choose this because I want to use a gigabyte board..is there any difference between the matx and atx board? I saw a video saying a atx board will fit the r5 case better. how true is that?)
gskill ripjaw 1600mhz 4gbx2 = 115
samsung 850 250gb = 138(bought from lazada already)
wd blue 1 tb = 75
msi 960 gaming 100me = 329 ( intend to buy from lazada using m1 code. i choose this cause of the brand and aesthetic reason. I noe it might nt be value for the money haha.)
psu ? not sure which to choose. seasonic g 550? i want a good and reliable psu with budget arnd 120.
fD r5 = 138 (intending to buy from lazada using m1 code)
os window 7 = 130
monitor?? Dell s2340l( I understand this is a glossy screen. my room is very bright in the day. will it affect the viewing much?)
total = 1460 excluding monitor
I am using pctheme pricelist but will also check how much tradepac is offering but i am not buying a full rig from them as discounts from lazada is quite good i feel.
I am playin only dota2 and csgo currently as my com cant support any other games..zzz
Will be hoping to play newer games like witcher3 gta in high or abv.
Hope that this rig can last for arnd 4 yrs for newer games but i no need them in high setting..medium or smth will do.
