Hi all, require advice for my motherboard as recently my display started acting up and my entire display is pixelated (even in bios, display also pixelated). Computer would not load up pass the windows logo screen (unless i go into safe mode). Im guessing it may be due to gpu gonna up lorry already. Sad to say i do not have another system to test my gpu.

Hi! Im using i5 750. Possible is due to cpu? That didnt came across my mind!
They call it artifacts. Mainly due to gpu showing signs of dying. With ur setup u can get any gpu within ur budget to replace ur old one :)

1) Name all games that you are playing. State model of casing that you are using.

2) Budget?

3) Got spare GPU? If no spare GPU, can bring down your rig to PC Care & Solutions, #02-32, SLS, and ask Nigel to lend you a spare GPU to test. (The reason that I am asking about your CPU model is because I need to know if your CPU got iGPU or not as some LGA 1156 CPUs have no iGPU, so cannot test with iGPU and see if GPU got problem.)

1) Crysis 3, Sims 4

2) below 400?

3) I have managed to test out the GPU and the fault lies with it. switched with a GTX670 and my pc is working fine and tested my faulty GPU as well.

Is GTX 760 a good choice to replace my faulty GPU? Any advise?

$400 is a neither here nor there region for current gpu market pricing.

As of now, is either you go for a r9 280 3gb at $285 or a gtx970 around $450 range.
