Currently looking at:

M.b+cpu = XXX?

Ram = Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866MHZ (8gbx2) CL9

SSD = Samsung Evo 850 250gb

HDD = Western. D 1tb Blue 64mb SATA 3

GPU = Gigabyte GTX 970 4gb G.1 Gaming

PSU = Seasonic G Series 750W Mod

Dmg est. $1.2k

Is a good m.b and cpu required to support such build?

Any improvement/parts that can save money on are welcome!

if you are intend to OC, then its good to have cooler fan to replace stock fan. If not, stock fan will do just fine.

Im using stock fan.. playing BF4, and my system temperature is not more than 46 deg.
