Advice needed on itinerary!

Hi all! Have been following here for quite awhile and need some advice on the itinerary below. Does this itinerary seems do-able and anything I need to take note of? Thank you in advance!

28 Dec - Taoyuan to Kaohsiung (Dream Mall & Kaisyuan Night Market)
29 Dec - Kaohsiung (Jing Yuan Farm, Fo Guang Shan, Rui Feng Night Market)
30 Dec - Kaohsiung to Taichung (Xitou Monster Village and Fengjia Night Market)
31 Dec - Taichung to Taipei (prebooked driver for Zhong She Hua Shi, Chateau in the Air, countdown in Taipei)
1 jan - Taipei to Hualien (haven't thought of what to do)
2 Jan - Hualien (pre booked driver for Taroko)
3 Jan - Hualien to Taipei (Jianguo Flower Market, Wufenpu, Raohe)
4 Jan (Gudetama exhibition, jiufen and keelung Night Market)
5 - 6 Jan - Free and easy

Have booked all hotels and the one at Hualien is non-cancellable. :X

Places planned for 29 is too risky if by public transport. If by cab maybe still can make it. I personally will skip Jing Yuan Farm and go to QiShan after FGS.
