Advice needed: pc crashed with black and white vertical stripes

Hello all, previously had a few crashes while playing Dota. Yesterday this image appeared while I was doing some stuff on excel.
Pressed a reset button but unable to boot into Windows 10. Did a reset and it hang overnight so I had to press the reset button again.
This morning finally boot into Windows and after 5 minutes of use when I am trying to download chrome, the screen turn white and hanged.
I'm suspecting the graphics card is dying?
Any advice appreciated!

im not sure if your onboard have a gpu or not. if have maybe u can test and see.

There's no onboard gpu. Likely to be gpu issue?
Is there a shop where I can bring the gpu down to test?

Borrow a GPU to try out. I have spare if you need.

You should try to enter safe mode first? If you can, you can narrow down the problems that it may be.

Dunno if it's the problem with Windows 10. I am trying to reinstall windows 7. Notice those patchy parts throughout.
Is it a sign of mobo going kaput instead?
