I am thinking of upgrading my graphics card to run the latest games like watch dogs...

My rig is as follow:

i5 2500k & Biostar TP67B+
2 X 4GB value ram
Palit GTX570
240GB Intel 530 SSD
Ikonik EN2
FSP Aurum 600

1. Can my current PSU support a new gfx, maybe a 290x?
2. will my current processor be a bottle next if i upgrade my gfx card.
3. should i upgrade or buy diy a new rig?
4. if i were to sell my current rig without HDD, how much could it fetch? or just the 570 card fetch?
5. if i were to diy a new rig, any recommendations, budget 2k without monitor, hdd.

Your rig still fine, if you really wanna upgrade the gpu for watchdogs, either a r9 290 or a 770 4gb vram variant.
