Hi all,

I have a laptop about 2 years old running with the specs:

i7-6500U
8gb rams
256SSD
940M graphics card.

I'm using it mostly for gaming like dota 2 etc.. currently running on medium settings. Although there is no lag issues, do you guys think i should upgrade?

Generally, how long do you guys use your laptop before upgrading??

Saw a laptop with:

i7-7700HQ
1050 4GB DDR5
16gb rams
256 SSD
15.6"

Just need to top up around $600 after selling off my laptop, is it worth the upgrade?

Thanks for advice^^

its really up to u at this point, although would say that top up 600 is worth, but does it affect other factors to u like lightweight, power, battery and usage.

like what u have is consider a lightweightm but changing to the new one seems like its gonna be slightly heavy. still its up to u if any of these justified what u need.

bro.. choosing a laptop is not all about specs.. you have to know the interior design of the laptop as well that is the factor of heat issues etc.. weight etc..
